About This Game:
Umurangi Generation is a first-person photography game set in a stylized near-future city facing an escalating crisis. Players work as a courier and photographer, documenting people, architecture, military activity, graffiti, and everyday life while environmental details gradually reveal what is happening around them.
There is no traditional combat or conventional mission structure. Instead, each level provides photography objectives and a limited space to explore, encouraging players to experiment with framing, lenses, colors, and unusual perspectives.
How the Gameplay Works
Players carry a camera and move freely around compact environments searching for requested subjects. Photos can be adjusted through zoom, lenses, exposure, focus, and other camera settings to create different compositions.
Completing objectives unlocks additional equipment and allows the next location to be visited. Optional exploration reveals environmental storytelling and hidden details that can completely change the meaning of scenes beyond the required photography checklist.
