About This Game:
YetiParty is a first-person parody horror game that deliberately mixes supernatural danger with ridiculous humor, internet references, and bad decisions. Players take the role of first-year student Pyodor during an outdoor party in a Russian village, where an ordinary night of drinking and joking gradually becomes considerably more dangerous.
A bloodthirsty Yeti is somewhere in the surrounding woods, but the game spends just as much time making fun of horror conventions as it does trying to frighten the player. Its exaggerated characters and intentionally absurd situations keep the tone unpredictable.
How the Gameplay Works
Players explore the village and nearby outdoor locations from a first-person perspective, interact with characters, and pick up objects that can be physically carried around. Story events gradually move the party from harmless stupidity toward supernatural trouble.
Exploration, simple interactions, hidden details, and horror sequences make up most of the experience. Once the Yeti becomes a serious threat, the relaxed walking-simulator structure gives way to more tense situations requiring players to keep moving and follow the developing story.
