Football Manager 2023 gives players control over the sporting side of a professional football club, combining squad management with scouting, tactics, recruitment, staff organization, finances, training, and long-term club development. How the Gameplay Works
Managers design formations and tactical systems by assigning roles, duties, pressing instructions, passing styles, defensive lines, and other team behaviors.
