Alien Hominid Invasion is a chaotic cooperative run-and-gun game where alien invaders attack Earth across procedurally assembled city blocks. It reimagines the original Alien Hominid formula as a more open roguelite structure built around fast movement, weapons, mutations, and repeated runs.
Players can choose different alien heads, weapons, and abilities, creating builds that favor close combat, ranged attacks, mobility, or explosive area damage.
How the Gameplay Works
Gameplay involves running, jumping, dashing, shooting agents, stealing intelligence, and moving through randomized objectives. Weapons and mutation upgrades are collected during the run and can dramatically change how the alien fights.
Local and online co-op allow several players to invade together, while repeated runs unlock additional gear and customization. Bosses, challenge rooms, and changing city layouts make each attempt slightly different, keeping the focus on fast arcade action rather than memorizing a fixed campaign.
