About This Game:
Assassin’s Creed 3: Liberation follows Aveline de Grandpré, an Assassin operating in eighteenth-century New Orleans and the surrounding Louisiana bayou. Her story deals with slavery, colonial power, trade, and Templar activity while giving the series a different setting and protagonist from Assassin’s Creed III.
Aveline can use three personas—Assassin, Lady, and Slave—that change how guards and civilians react to her. Each persona has different strengths and restrictions, adding a social-stealth layer to missions and investigations.
How the Gameplay Works
Players free-run across buildings and trees, perform hidden-blade assassinations, fight with swords and other weapons, and use tools such as the blowpipe. Persona switching allows Aveline to enter restricted spaces, charm certain characters, blend with workers, or rely on the Assassin persona’s full combat equipment.
The campaign moves between New Orleans, swamps, and other locations while including side missions, collectibles, business activities, and optional objectives. Combat uses counters, chained kills, ranged tools, and familiar Assassin’s Creed movement systems.
