Audiosurf 2 is a music-driven racing and puzzle game that generates tracks from the player’s own music. The shape, speed, traffic, and rhythm of each course are derived from the selected audio file.
Different modes change whether the focus is on collecting colored blocks, dodging traffic, or racing for score.
How the Gameplay Works
Players steer along a three-lane or wider track, collect matching blocks, avoid unwanted pieces, and time movement to musical changes. Faster or more intense songs create more demanding courses.
Leaderboards and workshop content expand replay value, while the ability to use personal music means track variety depends largely on the player’s library. What keeps the experience varied is the connection between tracks generated from music, player music support, and rhythm-based racing.
