Azure Striker Gunvolt 1 is a fast side-scrolling action game about Gunvolt, an Adept with powerful electrical abilities who fights against the Sumeragi Group and its superhuman forces. The game blends Mega Man-style platforming with a distinctive lock-on combat system.
Rather than damaging most enemies only with normal gunfire, Gunvolt tags targets with special darts and then channels electricity to strike every tagged enemy within range.
How the Gameplay Works
Players run, jump, dash, fire tagging shots, and activate Flashfield to deal electrical damage or block certain projectiles. Maintaining movement and chaining kills increases score.
