About This Game:
Bloodwash is a retro-styled first-person horror game inspired by low-budget slasher films and PlayStation-era visuals. The story follows Sara, a pregnant college student who travels to a late-night laundromat after discovering that her apartment’s washing machine is broken.
The trip becomes increasingly unsettling as Sara learns about a serial killer associated with pregnant victims. Ordinary locations such as shops, apartments, and the laundromat create a grounded setting before the night takes a much darker turn.
How the Gameplay Works
Players explore in first person, talk with characters, inspect objects, read clues, and investigate the history of the local murders. Much of the tension comes from slowly gathering information while moving through quiet environments where danger may appear unexpectedly.
The game includes light puzzle and exploration elements rather than constant action. Optional conversations and objects provide additional background for players who thoroughly investigate each location.
