About This Game:
Bomber Crew is a World War II aircraft management game where players command both a bomber and the crew responsible for keeping it operational. Missions send the aircraft across hostile territory to bomb targets, photograph important locations, deliver supplies, or complete other objectives while enemy fighters and anti-aircraft fire attempt to bring it down.
Every crew member has a specific job, and damage during a mission can quickly create emergencies throughout the aircraft. Pilots, gunners, engineers, navigators, radio operators, and other specialists must work together if the bomber is going to complete its mission and return safely.
How the Gameplay Works
Players assign crew members to stations and give orders while the aircraft travels through each mission. Enemy fighters must be marked for gunners, navigation points selected, engines monitored, and damaged systems repaired while the bomber remains in the air.
Crew members can be injured or killed permanently, while aircraft damage can affect engines, fuel systems, controls, and other equipment. Successful missions provide resources for improving the bomber and purchasing better equipment for surviving harder operations.
