About This Game:
Cliff Empire is a futuristic city-building game set after environmental catastrophe makes Earth’s surface largely uninhabitable. Humanity survives on enormous elevated cliffs where limited construction space forces cities to grow efficiently while managing power, food, water, trade, research, and environmental conditions.
Several cliff settlements can be developed at the same time, with each location specializing in different industries or resources. Transportation and trade allow the separate communities to operate as parts of a larger economic system.
How the Gameplay Works
Players place residential, agricultural, industrial, power, storage, research, and service buildings while balancing production and consumption. Because construction space is limited, tall buildings and careful planning become increasingly valuable.
Trade routes move resources between cliffs, while weather and environmental conditions influence renewable energy production and agriculture. Research unlocks advanced technology and eventually expands the scale of the civilization beyond its original settlements.
