About This Game:
Contra Anniversary Collection gathers multiple classic entries from Konami’s run-and-gun series, preserving arcade and console versions centered on fast shooting, platforming, enemy waves, and difficult boss encounters.
The included games span different eras and versions, showing how the series changed while keeping its core emphasis on constant movement and weapon pickups.
How the Gameplay Works
Players run, jump, crouch, climb, fire in multiple directions, and collect weapon upgrades such as spread guns, lasers, and rapid-fire options. Many games support two-player cooperative action.
