About This Game:
Control Ultimate Edition is a supernatural third-person action adventure centered on Jesse Faden, who enters the headquarters of the Federal Bureau of Control while searching for answers about her missing brother. The seemingly ordinary building, known as the Oldest House, quickly reveals itself as an impossible shifting structure filled with paranormal objects, strange dimensions, and employees affected by a hostile force known as the Hiss.
The Ultimate Edition combines the main game with its major story expansions, expanding Jesse’s investigation beyond the original campaign. The experience blends environmental storytelling, unusual documents, exploration, physics-driven combat, and mysterious side cases while gradually revealing more about the Bureau and the objects it contains.
How the Gameplay Works
Jesse fights using the transforming Service Weapon together with telekinetic abilities. She can launch objects at enemies, create defensive barriers, seize weakened opponents, levitate through the environment, and combine these powers with different firearm forms. Energy regenerates over time, encouraging players to switch constantly between supernatural abilities and gunfire.
The Oldest House is interconnected rather than divided into completely separate levels, and new abilities gradually open previously inaccessible areas. Control Points act as checkpoints and fast-travel locations, while side missions unlock additional powers and upgrades. Weapon modifications, personal mods, ability points, and crafting resources allow Jesse’s combat style to be customized throughout the campaign.
