Dead Island Retro Revenge reimagines the zombie series as a colorful side-scrolling arcade action game. Players control Max as he fights his way through zombie-filled streets in pursuit of the people who stole his cat, turning the franchise into a deliberately exaggerated retro-style adventure.
Levels are short and score-driven, rewarding players for building attack chains, avoiding damage, and dealing with zombies efficiently. Different enemy types and environmental threats force quick decisions as Max automatically advances through each stage.
How the Gameplay Works
