DemonCrawl is a roguelite puzzle game that transforms Minesweeper into a dungeon-crawling adventure. Boards still use numbered clues and hidden hazards, but items, classes, monsters, events, and permanent unlocks add RPG-style progression.

Runs can vary dramatically depending on the loot and modifiers discovered, making familiar Minesweeper logic only one part of survival.

How the Gameplay Works
Players reveal tiles, mark suspected mines, collect items, use abilities, and manage health while moving through increasingly difficult boards. Mistakes may cause damage rather than ending the run immediately.

Masteries, artifacts, shops, events, and unlockable content create long-term progression between attempts.
