Dustwind is a post-apocalyptic tactical game built around real-time squad combat. Players control armed survivors, mutants, robots, and other units across ruined environments where firearms, explosives, melee weapons, stealth, and careful positioning can all determine the outcome.
The game includes a story campaign alongside custom scenarios and multiplayer modes. Characters can be equipped and developed for different roles, allowing groups to focus on direct firepower, support, stealth, or unconventional tactics.
How the Gameplay Works
Units are directed across tactical maps while players manage movement, line of sight, weapon range, cover, and available equipment. Combat happens in real time, but success generally depends more on positioning and planning than rushing directly toward the enemy.
