About This Game:
Dungeon Warfare 2 is a tower-defense game in which the player protects a dungeon from waves of invading adventurers. Instead of commanding heroes, players construct deadly traps and use the environment to prevent enemies from reaching the dungeon’s valuable objectives.
The sequel expands the original formula with additional traps, skills, equipment, progression systems, and procedurally generated stages. Different enemy abilities and level layouts encourage trap combinations rather than relying on the same defensive setup everywhere.
How the Gameplay Works
Before and during each wave, players spend resources placing traps along routes taken by approaching enemies. Spikes, launchers, crushers, pits, projectiles, and other devices can be combined so one trap pushes or holds enemies inside the range of another.
Completing stages rewards progression resources and equipment that improve future defenses. Difficulty modifiers can make stages more dangerous in exchange for better rewards, giving experienced players a reason to revisit maps with stricter conditions.
