About This Game:
Far Cry 5 is an open-world first-person shooter set in Hope County, Montana, where the Eden’s Gate cult has taken control of communities, roads, farms, and wilderness areas. The player joins local resistance groups and works to weaken the Seed family’s grip over the region.

The campaign is divided among three major territories before the final confrontation, allowing players to choose which region to tackle first. Resistance grows through story missions, side quests, outpost captures, rescues, and other activities.

How the Gameplay Works
Players use firearms, bows, explosives, melee weapons, stealth takedowns, and vehicles ranging from trucks and boats to helicopters and planes. Guns for Hire and Fangs for Hire can accompany the player, each providing a distinct combat or support ability.

Fishing, hunting, treasure stashes, stunt challenges, and exploration provide additional progression outside combat. Cooperative multiplayer allows a second player to join the host’s campaign world for missions and free-roam activities.
