About This Game:
Switchball HD is a physics-based puzzle platformer where players guide a rolling ball through suspended courses filled with ramps, narrow bridges, machinery, magnets, cannons, fans, and environmental hazards. The challenge comes from controlling momentum while changing the ball’s properties when needed.
Different ball types behave in distinct ways. A heavy metal ball can activate weight-based mechanisms, a lighter ball can be moved by air currents, and other transformations allow the player to interact with obstacles that would otherwise block progress.
How the Gameplay Works
Players roll through 3D courses, balance across thin paths, push objects, trigger switches, and enter transformation stations. Physics determine acceleration, collisions, weight, and how easily the ball can be moved by environmental devices.
Later stages combine several mechanics in longer sequences and require the correct ball form at the correct time. Time-based scoring adds an extra challenge for players who want to complete levels efficiently.
