Figment 2: Creed Valley is an imaginative action-adventure set inside the human mind. Dusty, the Mind’s representation of courage, travels with his companion Piper into Creed Valley after chaos disrupts the mental world. The environments turn thoughts, beliefs, fears, and emotional states into physical locations and characters.
Music plays a major role in the presentation, with characters and enemies frequently singing as the adventure progresses. Lighthearted humor is mixed with themes surrounding fear, stress, and emotional balance, continuing the distinctive style of the original Figment.
How the Gameplay Works
Players explore colorful areas from an angled perspective, fight enemies with Dusty’s sword, dodge incoming attacks, and solve environmental puzzles. Combat includes basic strikes and charged attacks, while bosses often combine traditional fighting with musical sequences and changing arena mechanics.
Some puzzles revolve around switching between the Mind’s Open-minded and Closed-minded states. Changing the state can transform environments, alter pathways, or cause characters and objects to behave differently. The full adventure can also be played with local cooperative support, with a second player controlling Piper.
