How the Gameplay Works
Before matches, players select formations, starting lineups, player roles, team instructions, and opposition strategies. Matches are simulated through the game’s match engine, allowing tactical changes and substitutions to be made while events unfold.
Between fixtures, managers negotiate transfers and contracts, scout potential signings, organize training, speak with players, attend press conferences, and manage squad morale. Long-term development includes youth prospects, finances, staff improvements, and maintaining enough success to satisfy the board’s expectations.
