Wandering Sword is a wuxia RPG set in a martial-arts world inspired by ancient China. The story follows a young swordsman who survives a dangerous incident and begins traveling through towns, sects, mountains, and remote regions while learning new techniques and becoming involved in larger conflicts.
The game uses an HD-2D visual style and places strong emphasis on martial-arts progression, relationships, sects, and exploration. Many side characters can be befriended or recruited depending on choices and reputation.
