Five Nights at Freddy’s: Sister Location changes the familiar formula by sending players into Circus Baby’s Entertainment and Rental, an underground facility containing a new group of advanced animatronic performers. Rather than remaining in one security office for every night, the player is given different maintenance and operational tasks throughout the facility.
Circus Baby, Ballora, Funtime Freddy, Funtime Foxy, and other animatronics each behave differently, creating a campaign built around varied survival situations instead of repeating exactly the same routine every night. The story also reveals important information connected to the larger history of the series.
How the Gameplay Works
Each night introduces different instructions, locations, and mechanics. Players may crawl through dark passages, monitor animatronics, repair equipment, hide from threats, complete maintenance tasks, or follow audio guidance provided by the facility’s systems.
