About This Game:
Frogun is a retro-inspired 3D platformer starring Renata, a young explorer who enters dangerous ruins in search of her missing archaeologist parents. Her main tool is the Frogun, a frog-shaped grappling device capable of grabbing objects, pulling enemies, and carrying her across large gaps.
The game takes inspiration from colorful platformers of the late 1990s and early 2000s, combining compact levels with collectibles, secrets, timed challenges, and low-poly environments.
How the Gameplay Works
Renata runs and jumps through stages filled with moving platforms, enemies, spikes, switches, and environmental puzzles. The Frogun’s tongue can attach to designated surfaces, allowing her to swing or pull herself across gaps that cannot be crossed normally.
The same tool can grab certain enemies and objects, creating additional puzzle and combat possibilities. Players are rewarded for collecting coins, finding hidden emblems, completing stages quickly, and discovering secret areas before facing larger boss encounters.
