Ghostrunner: Project_Hel is a standalone story expansion for Ghostrunner that puts players in control of Hel, one of the game’s powerful bosses. The campaign explores events before the main story while offering a more aggressive combat style.
Hel is tougher and more combat-focused than Jack, allowing players to survive more punishment while still relying on speed, wall-running, and precise sword attacks.
How the Gameplay Works
Players sprint through cyberpunk environments, wall-run, dash, deflect attacks, and eliminate enemies with a blade. A rage-style ability can unleash especially powerful attacks.
Stages are built around fast traversal and combat arenas, with deaths leading to quick restarts. The expansion is shorter than the main game but offers a distinct character and more aggressive rhythm. As more of the game opens up, standalone ghostrunner expansion remains central but gains extra depth from play as hel and fast sword combat.
