Ghosts ‘n Goblins Resurrection revives the famously challenging action-platforming series with hand-drawn visuals and redesigned stages inspired by earlier games. Knight Arthur once again enters a demon-filled kingdom to rescue the princess while facing zombies, skeletons, monsters, traps, and enormous bosses.
The game preserves the deliberate difficulty of the originals while offering several challenge settings and modern additions that make repeated attempts more flexible.
How the Gameplay Works
Arthur runs, jumps, climbs, and throws weapons while navigating enemy-heavy stages. Taking damage destroys his armor before leaving him vulnerable, making careful positioning and knowledge of enemy patterns extremely important.
Different weapons alter attack range and behavior, while magical abilities can be unlocked and improved. Levels contain branching routes and hidden areas, and completing the adventure opens additional challenges beyond the first journey.
