Hard Reset Redux is a fast-paced cyberpunk first-person shooter set in Bezoar, one of humanity’s remaining heavily defended cities. Players control combat veteran Major Fletcher as he fights machines through neon-lit streets and industrial complexes during a rapidly escalating crisis.
The Redux edition combines the original campaign with additional content and gameplay adjustments while retaining its arcade-influenced combat style.
How the Gameplay Works
Fletcher carries two primary weapon platforms that can transform into numerous firing modes. Conventional firearms and energy weapons are upgraded along branching paths, giving access to explosive, electrical, rapid-fire, and crowd-control functions.
Environmental objects such as electrical equipment and explosive containers can damage groups of machines. Combat rewards constant movement, quick target prioritization, and switching weapon functions according to the enemies entering each arena.
