Hack and Slime is a 2D side-scrolling action RPG that mixes dungeon crawling with parody and exaggerated fantasy humor. Players fight through a tower full of monsters while the story jokes about familiar RPG grinding, corporations, loot, and genre clichés.
The game includes character levels, attributes, skills, randomized equipment, missions, and escalating dungeon difficulty. Its visual style uses colorful pixel art and intentionally over-the-top effects.
How the Gameplay Works
