About This Game:
Hellslave is a dark dungeon-crawling RPG set in a world being overwhelmed by demonic forces. With humanity facing destruction, the player makes a pact with a powerful demon and uses forbidden abilities to fight creatures emerging from the underworld.
Its hand-drawn visual style presents a grim world of ruined locations, occult symbols, grotesque enemies, and supernatural powers. Character development is built around selecting a demonic patron and shaping a combat build from numerous skills and passive effects.
How the Gameplay Works
Players explore dungeons from a first-person perspective and enter turn-based battles against demons and other corrupted enemies. Actions consume resources, apply status effects, exploit weaknesses, or provide defensive advantages depending on the chosen build.
Experience and equipment strengthen the character, while a large skill tree provides different offensive and defensive paths associated with demonic powers. Exploration also reveals treasure, quests, secrets, and increasingly dangerous boss encounters.
