House Flipper is a renovation simulator that lets players buy neglected properties, repair their problems, redesign their interiors, and eventually sell them for a profit. What begins with relatively small cleaning and repair jobs can develop into purchasing entire houses and transforming them into more valuable properties.
Renovation involves much more than choosing decorations. Dirty rooms need cleaning, damaged installations require replacement, walls can be painted or modified, furniture can be assembled, and unwanted objects can be removed before a property begins to look presentable again.
How the Gameplay Works
Players initially complete jobs for clients to earn money and improve useful renovation skills. Tasks can involve cleaning, painting, mounting appliances, installing plumbing fixtures, demolishing walls, building new partitions, and furnishing individual rooms according to the job requirements.
Money earned can eventually be invested in damaged houses of the player’s own. These properties can be renovated without following a client’s exact instructions, giving more freedom over layout, furniture, colors, and decoration. Once the work is finished, interested buyers make offers and the house can be sold for profit.

How to Install:
