Injustice: Gods Among Us is a fighting game that brings together heroes and villains from the DC universe in a darker alternate storyline. Batman, Superman, Wonder Woman, The Flash, Green Lantern, Joker, and many others battle after a tragedy transforms the balance of power between familiar characters.
Every fighter has a unique set of normal attacks, special moves, combos, and a cinematic super move based on their powers or equipment. Interactive arenas also allow combatants to use parts of the environment during a fight.
How the Gameplay Works
Matches take place on a two-dimensional fighting plane using directional inputs and attack buttons. Characters can string attacks together, launch opponents, perform special techniques, and spend meter on enhanced actions or powerful super moves.
Some stages contain transitions that knock an opponent into a different part of the arena, while usable environmental objects differ according to character type. The Clash system can interrupt a combo and create a wager using stored super meter.
