About This Game:
Kingdom of Night is an isometric action RPG set in the small town of Miami, Arizona during 1987. After a satanic cult summons Baphomet and demons begin taking control of the town, teenager John sets out into the night to rescue his kidnapped neighbor and challenge the supernatural forces spreading through the community.
The game combines an exaggerated 1980s atmosphere with coming-of-age storytelling and cosmic horror. Its interconnected town contains quests, demonic lairs, equipment, characters, and powerful demon lords that can be approached in a relatively open order.
How the Gameplay Works
Players choose a class and develop John through abilities and equipment before fighting enemies in real-time isometric combat. Different builds support different approaches, while exploration opens optional quests and routes across the town.
Major demon lords control their own areas and provide significant combat challenges. The campaign can be played alone or with another player in local cooperative mode, allowing two characters to fight through the supernatural invasion together.
