About This Game:
Libertad o Muerte! is a historical turn-based wargame covering the independence struggles of Spain’s American colonies during the early nineteenth century. Players can command either Patriot forces seeking independence or Royalists attempting to maintain Spanish control across a large portion of the Americas.
The conflict is represented at a broad strategic scale with historical leaders, land armies, naval forces, fortified locations, economic resources, and political events. Several scenarios cover individual theaters while a larger campaign connects the wars from 1810 to 1825.
How the Gameplay Works
Each turn represents six months, during which players move armies and fleets, manage military resources, reinforce important areas, and react to events occurring across the map. Control of cities and strategic regions influences the ability to sustain military operations.
Event cards can introduce historical developments, economic effects, reinforcements, and tactical advantages. Players can compete against the AI or another player through supported multiplayer formats.

How to Install:
