About This Game:
Mayhem Brawler is a side-scrolling beat-’em-up inspired by classic arcade brawlers and superhero comics. Players choose members of Stronghold, a super-powered law-enforcement team investigating events involving street gangs, supernatural creatures, corporations, and other dangerous factions.
Comic-book panels and branching story decisions connect the fighting stages. Different choices can change which locations and enemies appear later, providing multiple routes and endings instead of a completely fixed sequence.
How the Gameplay Works
Players move across 2D stages while using light attacks, heavy attacks, throws, aerial moves, special abilities, and combos against groups of enemies. Each playable hero has a different fighting style and super-powered techniques.
Status effects can interact with enemies in different ways, while cooperative play allows several heroes to fight together. Between combat encounters, story decisions determine how the investigation develops and which stages become available.
