About This Game:
Noita is a physics-driven action roguelike where nearly every visible pixel in the environment is simulated. Wood burns, liquids flow, gases spread, explosives destroy terrain, electricity travels through conductive materials, and numerous substances can react with one another in unpredictable ways.
Players control a witch descending through dangerous underground biomes while collecting wands and spells. The ability to rebuild those wands creates an enormous number of possible magical combinations, including extremely powerful setups that can also kill the player instantly if constructed carelessly.
How the Gameplay Works
Players fly and walk through procedural caverns while using wands against enemies and manipulating the environment. Each wand has statistics controlling properties such as casting speed, recharge time, mana, and spell order. Spells can be rearranged at safe locations to create custom combinations.
Death ends the current run, but knowledge of spell interactions, environmental hazards, alchemy, and hidden areas carries forward to future attempts. The world extends far beyond the most obvious route, containing secret regions, unusual quests, alternate areas, and powerful mechanics that can take many runs to discover.
