Obenseuer is a first-person survival and urban-life simulation set in a run-down quarantined district where poverty, addiction, disease, and crumbling infrastructure shape daily life. Players inherit a damaged tenement and try to survive while gradually improving the property and their own situation.

The game combines scavenging, crafting, property renovation, trading, and character needs with a bleak but darkly humorous setting. Residents and businesses form a small economy that the player can exploit or participate in.

How the Gameplay Works
Players search abandoned buildings, gather materials, repair rooms, craft useful items, manage hunger and health, and earn money through work or trade. The tenement can be renovated and turned into a more productive property.
