R.I.P. – Reincarnation Insurance Program is a top-down action roguelite that combines enormous waves of enemies with loot-focused character building. In a world overrun by corrosion viruses and zombies, players become an elite employee of the Reincarnation Insurance Program and are sent into increasingly chaotic battles where survival depends on overwhelming firepower and a carefully constructed equipment setup.
The progression system takes inspiration from loot-heavy action RPGs, with equipment drops, gear sets, item reforging, and powerful upgrades forming an important part of every build. Weapons and elemental effects make it possible to create very different approaches to clearing the constant hordes.
How the Gameplay Works
Players move through top-down battlefields while large groups of zombies and mutants continuously approach from multiple directions. Firearms provide the main source of damage, with options including rapid-fire weapons, shotguns, heavy explosives, and experimental technology. Burn, Freeze, Shock, and other effects can be combined with equipment to improve crowd control.
Enemies drop loot that can strengthen future combat performance. Gear can be collected, reforged, and combined into sets, allowing builds to become increasingly specialized during progression. Divine Tech provides additional destructive options when ordinary weapons are no longer enough to handle the number of enemies filling the screen.
