River City Girls Zero is a localized release of the 1994 Super Famicom game Shin Nekketsu Kōha: Kunio-tachi no Banka. The story follows Kunio and Riki after they are framed for a crime, with Misako and Kyoko joining the fight as the group investigates who set them up.
The game is an older entry in the Kunio-kun lineage and plays differently from the modern River City Girls titles. It uses straightforward side-scrolling brawler stages, motorcycle sequences, and story scenes that reflect its original 16-bit design.
How the Gameplay Works
