About This Game:
SPORE Collection follows the development of a player-created species from microscopic life to a spacefaring civilization. The package brings together the main SPORE experience with additional content that expands creature customization and space-era adventures, giving players a broad sandbox built around evolution, creation, exploration, and sharing.
Each major stage changes the style of play. The Cell Stage focuses on survival and growth, Creature Stage moves onto land, Tribal Stage introduces group management, Civilization Stage expands to cities and vehicles, and Space Stage opens a large galaxy filled with planets, empires, missions, and terraforming opportunities.
How the Gameplay Works
Players continually edit their species using collected body parts, choosing mouths, limbs, senses, weapons, social features, and decorative pieces that influence available abilities. Later editors allow the creation of buildings, vehicles, spaceships, and other assets. Progression can favor aggression, cooperation, trade, or combinations of approaches.
Galactic Adventures expands the Space Stage with missions that can place the captain directly on planets for objective-based scenarios, while Creepy & Cute adds more creature parts and customization options. User-created content can also populate worlds, giving the galaxy a large variety of unusual designs.
