About This Game:
Subterrain is a top-down science-fiction survival game set on a Mars colony overrun by mutated creatures. Scientist Dr. West must search the abandoned complex for supplies and technology while restoring critical systems and discovering what caused the disaster.

Survival depends on more than combat, with hunger, thirst, sleep, infection, body temperature, injuries, and limited resources creating constant pressure.

How the Gameplay Works
Players explore colony sectors, search containers, fight mutants, collect materials, and return to safer areas to craft equipment. Weapons degrade and ammunition must be produced, making reckless combat expensive.

Research and crafting stations allow improved weapons, armor, medical items, oxygen supplies, and other tools to be manufactured. Meanwhile, the infection continues spreading through the colony, encouraging players to make progress rather than remaining safely in one location forever.
