About This Game:
Summer in Mara is a relaxing farming and exploration adventure starring Koa, a young girl living on her own island. Her journey expands beyond the farm as she sails across a tropical archipelago, meets different communities, completes quests, and learns more about the world surrounding Mara.
Farming, crafting, gathering, fishing, and sailing are combined with a story that encourages players to regularly travel between islands rather than remain in one settlement.
How the Gameplay Works
Koa plants and waters crops, harvests resources, tends animals, cooks food, crafts useful objects, and improves her home island. A boat allows her to reach other locations where characters offer quests and new materials become available.
Resources gathered from different islands feed back into crafting and farm improvements. Completing character requests develops relationships and gradually advances the main story while opening more of the archipelago.
