About This Game:
The Blackout Club is a cooperative first-person horror game about teenagers investigating strange disappearances and nighttime events in their small town. Members of the club discover that adults are behaving under the control of a hidden force and begin gathering evidence while avoiding capture.
The game is designed around stealth and teamwork rather than conventional combat. Missions take place at night across suburban streets, houses, tunnels, and underground facilities where enemies react to sound and suspicious activity.
How the Gameplay Works
Players sneak, climb, hide, use grappling hooks, deploy distractions, and complete randomized objectives such as photographing evidence or retrieving items. Many enemies appear asleep or hypnotized but can still detect noise and movement.
A mysterious entity called the Shape can begin hunting players when too much attention is drawn. Character progression unlocks new powers and equipment, while cooperative play allows teams to revive, distract, and support one another.
