The Tenants is a property management simulation where players renovate apartments, find renters, handle landlord responsibilities, and gradually build a larger real-estate business. Properties can be redesigned room by room using furniture, appliances, decorations, flooring, walls, and other items selected to meet client or tenant expectations.
Owning more buildings creates additional income but also introduces more problems. Tenants may fall behind on rent, complain about issues, request repairs, or require negotiation before renewing their leases.
How the Gameplay Works
Players initially earn money by completing renovation jobs for clients. Each assignment has budget limits and design requirements, making furniture placement and room planning part of the challenge.
Purchased properties can be renovated and advertised to potential tenants. Players negotiate rent, check applicant information, respond to problems, maintain apartments, and reinvest profits into additional real estate.
