About This Game:
The Witcher 2: Assassins of Kings Enhanced Edition is a story-driven fantasy RPG following Geralt of Rivia after he becomes entangled in a political crisis surrounding the assassination of monarchs across the Northern Kingdoms. Geralt’s search for the kingslayer leads through wars, conspiracies, magical conflicts, and competing factions whose motivations are rarely simple.

Player decisions can dramatically alter the campaign, including a major choice that sends Geralt through substantially different locations and quests during the middle portion of the game. The Enhanced Edition expands the original with additional content and improvements.

How the Gameplay Works
Geralt fights in real time using a steel sword against humans and a silver sword against monsters. Dodging, blocking, signs, bombs, throwing weapons, traps, potions, oils, and preparation can all provide advantages against difficult opponents.

Experience earned through quests improves abilities across swordsmanship, alchemy, magic, and general Witcher skills. Dialogue decisions and quest outcomes influence characters, political events, available missions, and the ending rather than merely changing isolated conversations.
