About This Game:
The Walking Dead: A New Frontier is the third main season of Telltale’s narrative adventure series. Set several years into the zombie apocalypse, the story introduces Javier García, a former professional baseball player trying to protect what remains of his family as they become caught between survivors, walkers, and a powerful community known as the New Frontier.
Clementine returns as an important character whose experiences since the previous season have changed her considerably. Javier and Clementine’s paths become connected as both search for people they care about, while tensions between communities force the group into increasingly difficult decisions.
How the Gameplay Works
Players explore story locations, speak with characters, investigate objects, and choose dialogue responses under time pressure. Decisions can influence relationships and determine how characters respond during later events, while choices from previous seasons can also shape parts of Clementine’s history.
Action scenes use quick-time events for fighting walkers, escaping danger, and reacting to sudden threats. The season is divided into five episodes, with major decisions carrying forward as Javier decides who to trust and how far he is willing to go to protect his family.
