About This Game:
Wildfire is a stealth platformer in which players use elemental magic to outsmart soldiers rather than relying on traditional weapons. After gaining supernatural powers, the protagonist must move through guarded forests, villages, mines, and other environments while rescuing captured villagers and avoiding the forces hunting them.
Fire, water, and earth are more than offensive abilities because each element can interact with the environment. Flames spread through vegetation, water can extinguish fires or create opportunities for movement, and plant growth can provide new routes through a level.
How the Gameplay Works
Players sneak through side-scrolling stages while observing patrol routes and choosing how to reach objectives. Elemental powers can distract guards, create hazards, open paths, conceal movement, or help transport rescued villagers toward safety.
Abilities expand as the campaign progresses, providing additional ways to manipulate each element. Levels support experimentation and can often be completed through different routes, while cooperative play allows two players to combine their abilities.
