Zombie Shooter 2 continues the top-down horde-shooting formula while adding stronger RPG elements and a larger emphasis on developing the player’s character. A city has been overwhelmed by mutated creatures and zombies, leaving streets and facilities packed with enemies that attack in overwhelming numbers.
Instead of treating every character identically, the game lets players choose a character and improve different abilities through experience. Money earned during the campaign can be spent on weapons, medicine, equipment, and other useful items, creating a steady progression from relatively basic firepower to much more destructive gear.
How the Gameplay Works
Players move through missions from an overhead perspective while firing into large groups of approaching monsters. Constant movement is important because enemies can quickly surround the character, particularly when several different creature types attack at the same time.
Defeating enemies and completing missions provides experience and money that can be used to strengthen the character and improve their equipment.
