About This Game:
Barotrauma is a cooperative submarine survival simulation set beneath the frozen surface of Jupiter’s moon Europa. Players crew fragile submarines through a hostile ocean containing enormous creatures, dangerous ruins, mechanical failures, and competing human factions.

Every crew member can perform a specialized job, including captain, engineer, mechanic, security officer, medical doctor, and assistant. Keeping the submarine operational often becomes as difficult as dealing with whatever is outside it.

How the Gameplay Works
Players operate sonar, engines, reactors, weapons, pumps, electrical systems, and medical equipment while the submarine travels between stations. Hull breaches cause flooding, damaged wiring can disable systems, and careless reactor operation can create catastrophic problems.

Missions involve transporting cargo, hunting creatures, exploring ruins, mining, rescuing personnel, and other objectives. Multiplayer adds communication, cooperation, and the possibility of traitors or unexpected crew behavior.
