About This Game:
Blood West is an immersive first-person stealth shooter set in a supernatural version of the American frontier. The player awakens as an undead gunslinger and must explore cursed lands inhabited by monsters, corrupted spirits, and other unnatural creatures while searching for a way to break the curse.
Combat is deliberately more methodical than a traditional western shooter. Ammunition is valuable, enemies can be extremely dangerous, and careful scouting often makes stealth or a well-placed opening shot safer than charging directly into a group.
How the Gameplay Works
Players explore open regions, complete quests, loot abandoned locations, trade with characters, and collect firearms, melee weapons, ammunition, artifacts, and consumable items. Crouching and staying out of sight makes it possible to approach enemies quietly for stronger attacks.
Experience unlocks skills that support different character builds, while artifacts provide useful bonuses alongside possible drawbacks. Death has consequences but does not simply erase the entire campaign, allowing players to recover and continue developing their gunslinger.
