Bravery and Greed is a side-scrolling action roguelite where up to four adventurers descend through fantasy dungeons in search of treasure. The game mixes arcade brawling, platforming, loot, class abilities, and branching run choices into a structure designed for both solo and cooperative play.
Four main classes provide different combat styles, while temporary upgrades and divine paths can push a run toward aggressive melee, ranged control, magic, defense, or other specialized builds. Dungeons are randomized enough to make each attempt feel different.
How the Gameplay Works
Players run, jump, dodge, block, attack, and use class-specific abilities while clearing rooms of enemies. Gold, equipment, and temporary blessings are found throughout a run, and decisions about which route or reward to take can affect later difficulty.
Co-op adds both teamwork and competition because players share the same dangerous spaces while also chasing treasure. Bosses guard major stages, and death sends the group back to begin another run with newly unlocked options. The combat remains fast and readable even when several players are fighting together. Most of the game’s longer-term depth comes from combining side-scrolling action roguelite with four distinct character classes and solo and four-player co-op. Learning when each system matters is more useful than focusing on one mechanic alone, and randomized dungeons and loot gives later sections a stronger sense of progression as the available options or challenges expand.
