About This Game:
Dead State: Reanimated is a turn-based survival RPG set after a zombie outbreak in Texas. Players lead a group of survivors from a fortified school and must balance scavenging, combat, morale, food, medicine, and internal disputes.
The Reanimated edition improves and expands the original with balance changes, new content, and additional systems while keeping the focus on difficult leadership decisions.
How the Gameplay Works
Exploration occurs on a world map, with small parties traveling to towns, stores, houses, and other locations for supplies. Combat is turn-based and uses action points for movement, attacks, healing, and equipment use.
Back at the shelter, players assign jobs, upgrade facilities, manage food, speak with survivors, and resolve conflicts. Companion personalities and morale can become as dangerous as the undead.
